We ship to the regions offered at checkout. You can also choose to pick up your order in store where that option is shown.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and you will see the total before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are usually prepared for shipping within a few business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. Any dates we give are estimates, not guarantees.
Large items
Some large or heavy items ship by freight or are delivered by our own team. We will contact you to arrange a delivery time for these.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within a few days of delivery, with photos of any damage, and we will make it right.
